Histar® hosted its inaugural "Technician-R&D Exchange," bringing together 30+ employees from production, quality control, and R&D. Assembly technician Mr. Wang highlighted a "fiber clamp calibration delay" issue from his work, leading to a live equipment disassembly and joint problem-solving session. The team designed a magnetic positioning device, cutting calibration time by 50%.

Launched by frontline workers, the monthly salon focuses on 1-2 high-frequency technical pain points. For example, the QC team’s feedback on "OTDR screen lag in low temperatures" inspired a R&D task force to develop a "preheat wake-up algorithm" inspired by smartphone cold modes, improving startup speed by 30% at -20℃—with free software updates pushed to all existing devices.
