Q1: Can this splicer work with indoor drop cable? 

 A: Yes. The standard fixture fits 0.25mm~3.0mm fibers, including common indoor drop cables. No extra fixture is required.

Q2: How many working cycles can a full battery support?  

A: The 5200mAh battery supports around 260 times of splicing and heating. It can meet one full day’s outdoor work. You can also use AC power directly.

Q3. What causes high splicing loss and how to fix it?  

A: Main reasons: dirty fiber or uneven cut end, contaminated V-groove or lens, worn electrodes. Solutions: Re-prepare an clean fiber, run dust inspection, replace electrodes and calibrate discharge.

Q4: Can it work in extreme temperature? 

A: The working temperature range is -10℃ to +60℃, suitable for most outdoor scenes. Preheat the device in extremely cold areas for better battery performance.

Q5: How often should electrodes be replaced?  

A: We suggest replacing electrodes after 4500 discharges. The machine will send a reminder after 5500 discharges. Worn electrodes will lead to poor splicing quality.

Q6: Can I export the splicing records?  

A: Yes. You can export history records and images to computer via Type-C port for project filing and acceptance.

Q7: Is it friendly for new operators?  

A: Absolutely. The auto-operating design and simple interface make it easy to learn. We also provide operation videos and user manuals for guidance.

Q8: What about after-sales support?
